    The streaming audio button on the right side of the FinTan home page now plays Tell Me Ma and The Ten Penny Bit Jig from our new CD, Rising.

    Busy September days

    It's now the busy season for FinTan.

    After months of studio work (it's harder than it sounds!), our new CD, Rising is finished and out. We had an amazing release party at Molly Malones on August 23, where lots of folks celebrated the new CD with us.

    Next up is the Ohio RenFest. We'll be appearing all three days over Labor Day weekend, and you'll be able to get Rising from us there as well.

    Then it's back to Molly Malones on September 13, then back to the RenFest for the weekend of the 21st.

    It's tiring, but it's fun.
