May was a really busy month for us and thankfully things slow down just a tad in June. However, we do have two gigs for June. This month we are trying to fit some new music into our sets and hopefully we can try a few of them out at these next two performances.

The first gig is in South Bend, Indiana at a great tavern called Fiddlers Hearth. FinTan played there the first time in May and had a wonderful time. The dining experience was unique, the service was great, the food excellent, the crowd wonderful! Fiddlers Hearth is one of those rare places you find that you want to tell your friends about, so I'm telling all of you! If you want a good weekend trip or if you are in the area of South Bend on Saturday night, June 12, stop in and have a great evening with us. We play from 9 to 12!

Our second performance is Friday, June 25, at the Claddagh Irish Tavern in Polaris Parkway, Columbus Ohio. Claddagh at Polaris was another first for us in May. We had a great time there because many of our central Ohio fans were on hand for FinTan’s debut performance in the Columbus area. It turns out we brought in a few more people than they expected, so the management is going to do some re-arranging in order to accommodate a larger seating area for the crowd this coming performance. Claddagh has a reputation for good food and drinks and we weren't disappointed, so stop by and have a fun, music filled evening with good friends. We play from 8 to 11 PM so those of you who don't want to stay out too late can come too!
