Monday night found FinTan back in the studio. Over the course of a 4 hour recording session, we successfully got two pieces in the can: Bonny Light Horseman (with Drowsy Maggy), and Thousand Miles.

While they are recorded, they're not finished. It constantly amazes me how much work comes after the session is finished. Our multi-talented friend Keith Lewis will spend a lot of time working with recording engineer and bluesman Malkum Gibson to fine-tune the recordings. You can hear their handiwork on our sampler CD, which is available when we perform.

We're working like crazy to get the CD ready for release this summer. Watch this space for more updates.
